Refund Terms Item Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in good packaging to be returned. Any used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Return Authorization: Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Do not return items without authorization. Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is returned due to quality issues or shipping errors. Product Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt to ensure that it meets the refund conditions. Please keep the return logistics information to ensure the safe return of the product.
Refund Time After the returned product passes the inspection, the refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the payment provider.
Exchange Policy If you need to exchange the product, please indicate the exchange request when submitting the refund request. The exchanged product must meet all the conditions of the refund terms, and we will process your exchange request based on stock availability.
